Head of Long Turning (m/f/d) / 100% What awaits you \- Leading, co-shaping, implementing You take over the disciplinary and technical leadership of our newly established long turning team (currently 5 employees plus apprentices) You actively participate in daily operations – in setting up, programming, and producing highly precise stainless steel parts on our Tornos- and Tsugami-machines (7 systems) You lead through presence – in the hall, at the shopfloor board, in conversations You lead a team of experienced specialists: A technical senior expert is by your side. Three long-standing colleagues bring know-how in process reliability, quality, machine availability, and training. You work closely with our production planning (PPS) and shape the fine planning for your team – resilient, realistic, and well-communicated You ensure that planned structures are also lived – today, there is still a lack of process reliability and systematic approach in some areas, much is based on individual experience.
