Job description Psychologist FSP (20%-1 day per week) – PsyOne Bulle Cabinet Job presentation The PsyOne Bulle cabinet, a member of the PsyOne network, is looking for a psychologist FSP for psychological consultations for a date to be determined. This position is aimed at a person wishing to offer psychological support and quality to adult and adolescent patients. You will join a dynamic team, supported by a centralized administrative structure (secretariat, online agenda OneDoc, appointment management and digital visibility). The main role of the psychologist will be to provide psychological support to people going through difficult situations. The position directly contributes to PsyOne's mission: to offer rapid and human access to qualified psychologists, without a waiting list, throughout the Romandy territory. Conditions • Activity rate: 20% (one day per week). • Location: PsyOne Bulle Cabinet-. • Start date: to be determined. • Status: Employee - Call contract • Remuneration: based on the number of consultations performed. Application Thank you for sending your complete application (CV, cover letter, copies of diplomas, FSP certificates and extract of criminal record) to : contact.sanaone@protonmail.ch Subject: Application – Psychologist FSP Bulle Required qualifications • Master's degree in psychology recognized in Switzerland and FSP title • Postgraduate training in emergency psychology or psychotraumatology • Previous experience in psychological support or first-line consultation desired. • Ability to work autonomously while integrating a structured professional framework. • Good relational and writing skills in French. • Interest in integrative approaches (health psychology, psychoeducation, mindfulness, etc.). • Basic computer skills (online agenda, professional emails, etc.). Success criteria • Offer quality psychological consultations, focused on listening, understanding and patient empowerment. • Maintain regular and reliable availability on agreed-upon days (pre-defined weekly schedule). Responsibilities • Conduct individual psychological interviews (children, adults, couples or adolescents) • Identify needs and develop personalized support plans. • Propose short, medium or long-term follow-up, according to the patient's request. • Collaborate with other psychologists in the network for orientation or cross-supervision. • Keep patient records in respect of professional secrecy and data protection (LPD). • Communicate in a benevolent and professional manner with the secretariat and medical or social partners when necessary.
