Your missions: • Accompany and support the residents in all daily life activities and during collective events. • Promote the autonomy of the residents and the maintenance of their activities, both personal and domestic (habits, hobbies, etc.). • Prepare and organize adapted and rewarding activities for the residents. • Participate in the arrangement and organization of the residents' rooms according to their wishes. • Accompany the residents for meals, outings or their appointments. • Monitor the general condition of the residents (hydration, meal intake, etc.). • Ensure basic care and hygiene. • Communicate your observations and participate in maintaining the resident's file. • Work in close collaboration with the colleagues from the administration and care teams.
