Social Pedagogue HF/FH Annual Working Time

Our Sonnhalde location in Wynigen BE is a small home for children from birth until they exit into independence, who cannot grow up with their parents for various reasons. We offer a total of 14 places across two groups. We are looking for reinforcement in the following areas, immediately or by arrangement. Your main tasks • Social pedagogical care, promotion and support on the basis of the pedagogical concept • Greatest possible involvement of the parents within the framework of the legal and official framework conditions • Reference person work in a tandem including social pedagogical case management • Relationship and trust building with the clientele • Internal and external cooperation with relatives and involved agencies • Competence-oriented departments and secondary tasks We offer • Diverse, varied and demanding field of activity with short decision-making processes • A cheerful, committed team that supports each other • Independent field of action with scope for design • Participation in organizational development and co-design of living environments • The remuneration system is based on the cantonal guidelines • Attractive night standby compensation and weekend allowances • Working hours are compatible with public transport Requirement profile Social Pedagogue • A diploma or equivalence as a Social Pedagogue FH/HF • Supporting the core values of the institution • You enjoy working independently and also in a team • High level of independence, initiative and assertiveness • Readiness for irregular working hours, occasional night standby as well as weekend care • Driving license category B desired (automatic and e-vehicles) • Empathy, commitment, resilience and flexibility • You bring joy and humor to working with children and adolescents
