Your mission You know how to combine technology, strategies, and customer needs. In this role, you develop modern connectivity and network solutions, focusing on added value for the customer and strategic positioning. You accompany customers and salespeople throughout the pre-sales process, from analysis to commercial design via solution strategy. To do this, you combine technical expertise with a good understanding of market trends and customer requirements. You move with ease between architecture, consulting, and solution design. You contribute to the development of the connectivity and managed services portfolio. • Development of modern connectivity and network solutions for customers in the fields of enterprise networks LAN/WLAN/SD-WAN/SASE/network security/ hybrid and multicloud connectivity/network automation • Strategic support to the sales team during the pre-sales phase during customer workshops, tenders, and presentations to customers • Understanding customer needs by proposing scalable and attractive solutions • Development of pricing, service, and lifecycle models • Close cooperation with engineers and partners to develop the connectivity portfolio • Preferred contact person for customers for technological and strategic questions related to modern network and connectivity architectures Your profile • Education in business management, computer science, engineering or equivalent continuing education (university / HES / ES or equivalent) • Several years of experience in the field of ICT, connectivity, or network solutions - ideally in a pre-sales, consulting, or solution architecture role • Experience with partners or platforms such as Cisco, Huawei, Fortinet or comparable technologies is an advantage • Understanding of business challenges, managed services, and service-based business models • Strong customer and solution orientation, associated with a capacity for strategic thinking • Solid communication, presentation, and facilitation skills • Ability to transmit complex technical subjects in an understandable and business-oriented manner • Very good knowledge of French and English, German is an asset • Place of work: Bussigny or Satigny Why join us? • Flexible hours (depending on the functions) • 1 or 2 additional weeks of vacation per year (unpaid) • Hybrid workplace and home office • Modern and stimulating working environment • Possibility of internal training and development • Pension fund with an option plan and employer contributions above the legal minimum • Free parking and charging stations • Various other advantages Are you interested in the position?
