Foreman GC # (m/f/d) Permanent position with our client Genève Start date: immediately Reference number: 839307/1 Missions ### • Organize and supervise the site teams • Plan work in accordance with production objectives • Ensure daily coordination of human and material resources • Monitor the proper execution of work while respecting technical requirements • Ensure compliance with deadlines, costs, and quality standards • Guarantee the application of safety and health protection rules • Participate in site meetings and ensure reporting to the hierarchy • Anticipate material and resource needs • Accompany and train collaborators on site • Maintain a constructive relationship with the various project stakeholders (works management, suppliers, subcontractors, project owners) Profile ### • Training in the construction field • Foreman diploma or equivalent training desired • Proven experience in managing civil engineering sites • Excellent organizational skills and ability to unite teams • Good mastery of reading plans and technical documents • Sense of responsibility and ability to make decisions on site • Knowledge of current safety standards • Mastery of French, any other language is an asset • Driving license essential Advantages ### • The opportunity to join a reference company in the construction sector • Technical and varied projects with high added value • A stable and stimulating work environment • Modern equipment and means adapted to your missions • Attractive working conditions in line with your experience
