Day Coordinator

The University Clinics for Visceral Surgery and Medicine, Nephrology and Urology form the medical area Abdomen. The aforementioned clinics offer a wide range of diagnostic and therapeutic services for all diseases. A variety of complex investigations and special procedures are regularly performed. As university clinics, we are actively involved in teaching and research to develop and evaluate new treatment methods. What to expect <br /> • Coordination of patient admissions and discharges (emergencies, elective admissions) on the ward / weekly clinic • Planning/organization of patient transfers/discharge internally and externally • Interdisciplinary collaboration with nursing service, medical staff, and various internal and external support services • Central point of contact for interdisciplinary and interprofessional concerns in the core business of the ward and the weekly clinic <br /> What you bring <br /> • Degree as a nursing specialist HF / FH or health specialist EFZ • Professional experience in acute care • Leadership experience desired • Teamwork, high social competence, flexibility, organizational skills • Good expression and communication skills (at least B2 in German) • Good IT skills (MS-Office, ERP systems) <br /> Our offer <br /> • Comprehensive training in the field / department • Regular day shifts (no late or night shifts) • Wide range of internal further education and training opportunities • Attractive fringe benefits: childcare (KITA), discounts with various partners • Modern social benefits • Good connection to the public transport network <br /> Questions about the position?
