Your mission: Quality and efficiency on the next level As Head of Operations, you will take on a central key role. You bear overall responsibility for the areas of quality management, quality assurance, purchasing, logistics, and assembly. A special highlight of this position: You will take on the driving role in the preparation and successful implementation of the ISO-9001 re-certification in spring 2027. Your hands-on mentality is required here to specifically strengthen quality management and set up processes to be future-proof. As a member of the Executive Board, you report directly to the CEO. You actively help shape the strategic direction of the operational processes and lead your team (consisting of the heads of purchasing and logistics as well as employees in assembly) with foresight and empathy. An overview of your main tasks: Quality Management & ISO 9001: Reviewing, updating, and optimizing the QM system; preparation and support of audits as well as the promotion of a lived quality culture. Quality Assurance: Processing customer complaints, organizing incoming goods inspections, and initiating improvement measures. Purchasing & Logistics: Personnel leadership of the experienced department heads as well as the strategic further development of procurement and logistics processes. Assembly: Ensuring a smooth and economical process in the manufacturing of own products. What you bring with you: Several years of sound professional experience in quality management and quality assurance In-depth knowledge of the ISO-9001 standard and demonstrable successes in its practical implementation Proven experience in the personnel leadership of employees Professional background in an industrial or construction environment (production, trade, or supply chain) Good knowledge of process management, purchasing, and logistics Completed basic technical training with further training at HF/FH level (industrial, production, or business engineering) Specific further training in quality management (e.g., Quality Manager SAQ, Lead Auditor ISO 9001) Personally, you convince through a structured, solution-oriented way of working, assertiveness, and clear communication.
