HOW YOU CAN MAKE AN IMPACT As a member of the management team, the position is responsible for leading the Stadler Signalling RAMS Department with 14 employees. The scope of responsibility includes: • RAMS Management • Validation • Verification • Information and Cyber Security • Safety Assurance • Quality Management • General homologation and approval topics The role ensures the continuous development of the team and its competencies. Responsibilities also include organizing the department, planning and prioritizing work packages, assigning tasks, and monitoring progress to ensure timely and high-quality execution. The department is represented in leadership meetings and project/order reviews. The position contributes to strategic decision-making processes as a member of expert groups and cross-functional committees.
