We are a medium-sized production company in the plastics and foam processing industry based in the Zürcher Oberland. For over 25 years, we have been offering our customers sophisticated packaging solutions. Our core competence lies in the design and manufacture of durable transport containers made of aluminum and plastic, with or without foam padding. To strengthen our team, we are looking for a Deputy Team Leader Sales Back Office 100% (a) Your main tasks • Support and deputy for the Managing Director in the area of order processing and sales • Collaboration in the team in the areas of order processing and sales • Relief for the Managing Director in leading this area with approx. 5–6 employees • Independent leadership of the team in the event of substitution • Acquisition and customer care Your profile • Successfully completed apprenticeship in a technical profession • Further training as a technical merchant or similar training • Experience in leading employees, high social competence and proven performance in a similar position • Team player with enjoyment in employee leadership as well as friendly and collegial interaction • Native German language, very good French skills are an advantage • Good planning and organizational skills • Proficient in reading technical drawings • Enjoyment of versatile and interdisciplinary cooperation with customers and suppliers • Creative, versatilely interested and solution-oriented personality with very good technical understanding • High flexibility, enjoyment of independent work and resilience even in hectic situations AVT Verpatec AG Haselholzstrasse 5, 8732 Neuhaus SG
