Pharmacy assistant for care unit replacement on an hourly basis

The entire pharmacy team looks forward to working with you. Our pharmacy assistant team for the care unit manages the floor pharmacies of 35 care units located in 6 hospital establishments in the north vaudois. Your main activities ## • Prepare medication trays for patients in acute care • Manage the medication stock of the care unit • Ensure the transmission of information between PHNVB, the care unit, and the apus team. • Ensure the replacements of the apus teams during planned or urgent absences. Your social and behavioral skills ## You are kind, dynamic, enterprising, creative, enthusiastic, solution-oriented and possess many other qualities. You believe in participatory management and enjoy working in small autonomous teams where freedom of action and decision is encouraged, with a high dose of responsibility. Your training ## • CFC pharmacy assistant • Experience in preparing medication trays would be an asset • Ability to work with rigor and systematically.
