This client has been at the forefront of the industry for more than 25 years in single-use technologies for the handling of powders and liquids, notably through the supply of installations allowing the handling of powders and the mixing of powders/liquids. The proposed solutions meet the complex challenges of bioprocessing in life sciences and aim to provide tailor-made containment solutions to enable the availability of vital therapies. In this context, you will ensure the management and coordination of technical projects from the design phase to final delivery. Responsibilities • Manage entrusted projects end-to-end by ensuring technical and organizational coordination from the design phase to final delivery to the client. • Develop technical solutions adapted to client needs taking into account the specific constraints related to the biopharmaceutical, pharmaceutical, medical device, and aerospace markets. • Ensure the monitoring of deadlines and project milestones by driving planning, controlling activity progress, and implementing necessary corrective actions. • Ensure the budgetary and financial monitoring of projects by controlling costs, analyzing variances, and guaranteeing compliance with the budget defined with stakeholders. • Validate and qualify projects internally and at clients by performing and supervising FAT/SAT activities and documenting results in a structured manner. • Collaborate with other departments, notably Purchasing and Assembly, to ensure smooth and coherent coordination of activities throughout the project life cycle. • Support technical documentation by ensuring it meets client requirements, is complete, up to date, and complies with applicable internal and regulatory standards. Profile • Hold a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a diploma deemed equivalent allowing for the assumption of full responsibilities for managing complex technical projects. • Have mastery of English (level B2/C1) required for communication with international stakeholders and good knowledge of German considered a significant asset. • Benefit from training or certification in project management constituting a plus and strengthening the ability to apply structured project management methodologies. • Demonstrate excellent communication and problem-solving skills in order to effectively coordinate teams and manage complex technical or organizational situations. • Demonstrate a developed sense of responsibility and strong autonomy in conducting daily activities related to the management of multidisciplinary technical projects. • Possess a marked team spirit and a recognized ability to collaborate in a multidisciplinary environment involving several departments such as Purchasing and Assembly. • Accept occasional travel (approximately 10%) in Switzerland and abroad to participate in validation, qualification, or project monitoring activities at clients.
