We accompany people with physical and multiple disabilities on their way, support where strengths can be promoted, and lend a hand where disabilities make the everyday things of life difficult.  Apprenticeship Specialist in Healthcare (FaGe) EFZ • As a healthcare specialist, you are right in the middle of our residential groups and support the medical-nursing care of the residents and in everyday life.  • You are a permanent part of one of our WGs at the main location in Gümligen or in our external residential group in Zollikofen.  • You help shape everyday residential life, assist with personal hygiene, and learn the careful and professional execution of medical-technical activities.  • Taking over household tasks involving the residents is also part of your field of activity.    Have we piqued your interest?  Then ideally, you bring the following qualities with you: • Completion of compulsory schooling. • Good to very good German skills (at least B1). • Joy in interacting with people with disabilities as well as interest in a versatile medical-nursing field of work. • Good psychological resilience and physical health. • Sense of responsibility, reliability, and joy in working in a team. • Readiness for irregular working hours.
