To strengthen our team, we are looking for a motivated and committed person as a Specialist in Integrated Management System IMS 80-100% immediately, or by agreement. Your tasks Coordination and support in the maintenance, further development, and continuous improvement of our integrated management system (quality, environment, energy, and occupational safety) Preparation, organization, accompaniment, and follow-up of internal and external audits Support in planning and conducting supplier, process, and system audits Maintenance and further development of the process landscape and documented information Support for departments in questions regarding management systems, customer requirements, and regulatory requirements Collaboration in processing complaints and in correction and improvement measures Collaboration in cross-departmental improvement and digitization projects Implementation and tracking of customer requirements (Customer Specific Requirements - CSR) Promotion of quality, environmental, and safety awareness Your profile Technical basic education and studies, e.g., as a dipl. quality manager NDS HF or equivalent further training Professional experience in quality management or in an integrated management system of an industrial company Good knowledge of ISO 9001 Knowledge of IATF 16949 is desirable.
