Your field of activity • You take responsibility for the implementation of the Energy Markets Strategy 2030 as well as the further development of sub-strategies in the areas of Asset Optimization, Trading, Sales & Origination • You lead strategic projects confidently and actively contribute your expertise to demanding topics in strategic management • You structure complex issues independently and prepare sound decision-making bases for the division management • You perform analyses, contribute creative ideas and coordinate resources in a targeted manner • You develop practical recommendations for action and launch innovative projects in close coordination with the division management • You process confidential topics independently or work in a team across divisions and the group with management and experts from home and abroad Your expertise • Several years of experience in project and strategy management, preferably in the implementation of strategic initiatives and complex projects in large companies • Strong analytical and conceptual skills with experience in market and financial analyses as well as the development of innovative, strategic solutions • High quality and performance standards combined with quick comprehension, networked thinking, independence, willingness to learn and perseverance • Convincing leadership personality with the ability to lead, motivate and successfully steer experienced and interdisciplinary teams • Master's degree (Business Administration, Engineering or comparable) as well as at least 3-4 years of professional experience, ideally in the energy environment with a focus on strategic topics We look forward to your online application.
