Would you like to get involved at Mobile Basel for the social inclusion of people with mental difficulties and disabilities? Mobile offers professional care, guidance, and support in eight differently oriented services. The Dependance Mobile is aimed at adults with mental impairments who are undergoing a court-ordered therapeutic measure (Art. 59, 60, 61 StGB) or conditional release (Art. 62 StGB). The facility has a total of 15 residential places. Forensic residential support takes place at two locations, in the form of a residential home in a 24-hour setting as well as within the framework of inpatient residential training. Any outpatient follow-up care or residential support takes place in the form of home visits. Your tasks: ### • Direct contact person for the referring judicial authority, the outpatient forensic treatment team, and other cooperation partners • Creation and evaluation of execution reports as well as development and execution plans • Active participation in execution coordination meetings and site discussions • Preventive action and intervention in crisis situations, in cases of delinquent behavior, and in emergency situations, according to psychiatric-forensic expertise • Promoting a socio-milieu therapeutic climate and supporting clients in their everyday life organization, also on weekends and within the framework of overnight stays on site Your profile: ### • Experience in dealing with psychiatric clinical pictures and in case management • Willingness to acquire forensic expertise • Independent, structured way of working, resilience, and good robustness • High degree of initiative, self-responsibility, and self-leadership as well as the ability to work in a team • Ability to grasp complex and demanding situations and act according to needs • Interest in encounters, joy in building relationships and dedicating oneself to them • Transparent and clear communication, awareness of language (oral and written) • Good knowledge of MS 365 and Office programs to take over the ICT department We offer: ### • A versatile field of activity with opportunities for design • The possibility to take over departments and responsibility - independently and in a team • Professional and personal, internal as well as external further training and supervision • A transparent salary system and special family allowances in addition to child and education allowances, depending on the degree of employment
