What you accomplish ### • As Maintenance Manager, you ensure the smooth running of technical installations while playing a central role in the management of technicians and the coordination of activities on site. • Manage, supervise, and develop the maintenance team: set clear objectives, support employees individually, strengthen skills, and foster a constructive team dynamic. • Organize and drive maintenance activity: plan interventions, structure priorities, manage schedules, vacations, and ensure an efficient distribution of work. • Coordinate external interventions: manage mandated companies, follow up on quotes, control the quality of services, and validate work reports. • Ensure rigorous monitoring of equipment: keep technical files up to date and effectively use the CMMS for activity management. • Ensure compliance with standards and safety: guarantee the compliance of operations and promote an exemplary safety culture on the sites. • Act as a technical and managerial referent: support teams in the field, make decisions, manage unforeseen events, and maintain a high level of collective engagement. What you bring ### • Bildung: Completed professional apprenticeship (CFC) • Specialization: CFC as a mechanic-electrician with experience in buildings or CFC as an electrician-installer with experience in buildings. • Professional experience: Professional experience in the maintenance of buildings and technical installations Min. 5 years • Assertive leadership: you know how to mobilize a team, delegate appropriately, refocus if necessary, and create a motivating and clear working framework. • Excellent organizational skills: you manage priorities autonomously and maintain control in a demanding environment. • Solid technical expertise: you master technical and safety standards, analyze situations with precision, and use IT tools effectively. • Interpersonal skills and adaptability: you practice respectful and transparent communication. You know how to manage conflicts intelligently.
