Apply About the role ## As a Data Analyst, you will rationalize a complex Excel file dedicated to security analyses. You will transform a dense technical structure into an ergonomic and maintainable tool, accessible to non-expert users. We offer you to participate in a strategic mission for public digital security. Tasks ## The role consists of auditing, simplifying and documenting an Excel tool to make it autonomous, readable and easy to maintain by third parties. • Analyze the structure and operation of a complex Excel file • Identify redundancies, errors and areas for improvement • Redesign the tool to make it more intuitive and sustainable • Optimize formulas, controls and data validations • Set up alerts and mechanisms facilitating use • Document key elements directly in the file We are looking for ## • Excellent mastery of Microsoft Excel (advanced formulas, data validation, conditional formatting) • First experience in optimizing or redesigning Excel files • Current French, spoken and written To succeed in this function, your personal skills are as follows: • Organized • Autonomous • Responsible • Rigorous Our recruitment process ## This recruitment process is managed by Academic Work and our client wishes that all questions concerning the position be addressed to Academic Work.
