Your responsibilities will include ### • Goal-oriented and project-related preparation and execution of large construction sites • Adherence to the deadlines and quality specifications of the construction projects • Economical planning of personnel, equipment, and materials • Implementation of measures for occupational safety and health protection • Independent and responsible management of the construction site and construction site personnel • Electronic reporting • Use of modern working methods - in the area of Building Information Modeling (BIM) and reliance on digital solutions to increase efficiency • Shaping occupational safety and implementing SUVA guidelines and occupational safety regulations What you bring ### • Completed vocational training as a Polier (w/m/d) • Experience in high-rise construction / new building construction • Independent, committed, and reliable working style • Cooperative interaction and enjoyment of team work • Hands-on mentality and high flexibility as well as learning ability round out your profile • As a team player, you share your knowledge and work gladly in an interdisciplinary manner with other trades • You are able to act flexibly and quickly as well as deliver excellent performance under pressure • Good German language skills in word and writing • Driver's license category B What we offer you ### Our employees are at the center of our attention.
