Teamlead Perfumery Assistance 100% (a) JOB DESCRIPTION In this leadership role, you will take over the personnel and functional management of our Perfumery Assistance team (10 people) and create the conditions for high-performance, motivating, and pleasant cooperation. With your leadership skills, you will ensure clear priorities, efficient processes, and the timely provision of high-quality fragrance samples. At the same time, you will continuously develop your team and our work processes. YOUR MAIN TASKS Functional and personnel leadership as well as the further development of the Perfumery Assistance team. Planning and controlling resources, capacities, and priorities for smooth laboratory operations. Ensuring the timely and quality-compliant provision of fragrance samples for internal and external stakeholders. Promoting cross-departmental cooperation with Creative Perfumery, Analytical Perfumery, and other teams. Participation in daily operational business as well as supporting the team with complex or priority mixings. Further development of quality standards, laboratory processes, and best practices. Responsibility for the availability, organization, and further development of the laboratory equipment. Support with the onboarding of new employees as well as promoting an open feedback and improvement culture. REQUIREMENTS Leadership experience in a coordinating function with leadership responsibility. Training in a laboratory, chemistry, or fragrance environment or comparable experience in perfumery. Laboratory experience as well as understanding of quality standards and laboratory processes. Ability to set priorities and make clear decisions in a dynamic environment. Structured, solution-oriented, and responsible way of working with high implementation strength. Strong communication skills, team orientation, and enjoyment in promoting and developing employees.
