YOUR TASKS You lead the nursing area professionally, personally, organizationally, and economically and continuously develop it together with your leadership team. • You strengthen your leaders in their leadership role and promote a leadership culture based on trust, cooperation, and mutual support • You shape the strategic direction of the nursing area and implement it successfully • You continuously develop nursing quality, processes, and innovations • You are responsible for the budget, resources, and the economic achievement of goals in your area • You work closely with our partner doctors as well as interprofessional partners • As a member of the extended executive board, you actively contribute your perspective to the further development of the clinic <br /> YOUR PROFILE You are an inspiring leadership personality who creates trust and provides orientation. You succeed in winning people over to common goals, combining different interests, and shaping changes sustainably. In addition, you bring the following: • Completed training as a Dipl.
