As the guarantor of its values and culture, you ensure the sustainability of commitments to the insured, the quality of services, as well as rigorous management in compliance with the legal framework, notably the LPP. You work in close collaboration with the Foundation Board and its commissions, for which you prepare the work and implement the decisions. Your responsibilities: • Ensure the global management and steering of the foundation • Participate in and implement the strategy defined by the Foundation Board • Guarantee legal and regulatory compliance (LPP, OPP2) • Supervise financial management, accounting and reporting • Steer asset management (monitoring of mandates, performance, risks) • Supervise the real estate activities of the foundation • Lead and develop internal teams • Guarantee the quality of services to the insured and affiliated employers • Ensure relations with internal and external partners (actuary, auditor, asset managers, authorities) Your profile: • Federal diploma of fund manager, Federal certificate of specialist in pension schemes or equivalent training • Proven experience in occupational pension schemes • Solid mastery of the Swiss legal framework for occupational pension schemes (LPP) • Good knowledge of financial management and institutional investments • Experience in management and organizational leadership • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills • Excellent mastery of French and good knowledge of German • Sense of responsibility, integrity and decision-making spirit We offer: a leadership position with high strategic impact within a stable institutional environment, wide autonomy in the conduct of activities and attractive conditions in accordance with the responsibilities of the position.
