Accompany people with multiple disabilities in daily life and in the specific interventions of their personalized project Actively participate in animations at the living space, weekends, and leisure activities Be proactive in proposing activities and outings that meet the needs of the residents Contribute to improving the quality of support and the personalized project of the residents Strengthen the autonomy and integration of residents into neighborhood life Contribute to the optimal flow of information and the quality of links between the different professions of the institution Participate in the development of the Pôle Adultes Must hold a CFC as a socio-educational assistant. Professional experience with people in situations of disability. Ability to work in a multidisciplinary team. Proficiency in standard IT tools. Swiss nationality or valid permit. Driver's license.
