Support our innovative company in the sustainable development and production of our devices and services as: Team Leader / Master Special Machine Construction (a) #   Your tasks ## • Leadership of the Special Machine Construction department in the sheet metal/metal processing area with the processes of edging, welding, and assembly • Personnel and technical leadership of around 12 employees, including apprentices • Responsible for the execution of orders for special machine construction and additional orders (contract manufacturing) in the assigned area • Responsible for the timely processing of orders • Ensuring the effectiveness and efficiency as well as the quality and quantity of the work • Supporting the department management in evaluating new operating resources and designing workplaces • Ensuring the functionality of the operating resources • Responsible for apprentices in plant and apparatus construction EFZ (a) as well as metal construction practitioners EBA (a) What you bring ## • Completed basic training in the areas of metal or machine construction • Several years of professional experience in metal processing, leadership experience an advantage • Quick comprehension, structured approach, and assertiveness • Calm personality even in hectic situations • Good communication skills; cooperative and correct interaction with employees and other departments, team-oriented • Enjoyment of working with apprentices, possibility of completing the vocational trainer course • Willingness to take on responsibility and further development   Have we sparked your interest?
