For our Institut für Bauen im alpinen Raum (IBAR), we are looking, by arrangement, for a Civil Engineer as Scientific Project Member or Scientific Project Manager (100 %) In this function, you will have the opportunity to participate in various projects in the field of general civil engineering such as infrastructure construction, geotechnics, natural hazards, special foundation engineering, road construction, and hydraulic engineering. In doing so, you will process demanding tasks with analytical and/or conceptual problems, prepare research projects, and carry them out. You will also prepare scientific publications and reports. If suitable, you will teach in our Bachelor's degree program in Civil Engineering and supervise our students with semester, Bachelor's theses. You will support acquisition and carry out material testing in our construction laboratory. Furthermore, you will support the institute management in customer care and order acquisition as well as with other organizational tasks.
