Your missions • Appeals: monitoring, investigation and autonomous processing of files, drafting of draft decisions and observations to the Tribunal cantonal • Building permits and construction police: analysis and investigation of files, drafting of conditions and decisions on opposition, occasional drafting of minutes during meetings • Legal support: answering various legal questions, occasional processing of various files, notably in criminal matters, political rights, various authorizations, video surveillance or in connection with the maintenance of public order Desired profile • Master in law or training deemed equivalent • Several years of professional experience, notably in jurisdictional matters • Mastery of specific legislation regarding constructions and knowledge of municipal and cantonal administrations • Very good writing skills • Mastery of standard and specific IT tools • Perfect mastery of the French language Contact details of contact persons Fabien Schafer Lieutenant de Préfet Write an email T +41 26 305 64 00
