• 22 juillet 2026 • 100% • Durée indéterminée • français (Native language) • Avenue Rosemont 8, 1208 Genève • Log in to see the salary estimate from jobup.ch By joining our accounting team, you will be responsible for the following missions ; • * Accounting management and monitoring of a real estate portfolio for institutional and private clients • Working in close collaboration with the management group • Processing monthly reporting • Preparation of annual accounts for real estate companies • Bookkeeping and allocation of common charges • Preparation of heating statements • Supervision of apprentices in the real estate sector during accounting training periods • Contributing continuously to service improvements • Interacting with clients or their representatives To ensure smooth management and successful integration within the framework of this position, we ask you to meet the following profile ; • Swiss Federal Diploma/certificate in accounting • 5 years of experience in real estate accounting in French-speaking Switzerland • Knowledge of the Abacus software is a real asset • Possessing a global and modern vision of an accounting department, with a commitment to offering exceptional customer service • Autonomous and rigorous, you are able to make appropriate decisions related to the position and to conduct proactive exchanges with your hierarchy • Coordinated, pedagogical and unifying, you are a guarantor of success with the entire company • Perfect mastery of French writing and spelling
