Zollikofen (and home office) | 80-100% Your contribution <br /> • Lead and further develop the team (with 9 employees) in personal, technical, and organizational terms • Ensure the uninterrupted, secure, and economical operation of the processing system for telecommunications surveillance (V-FMÜ) as well as its further development in productive operation • Negotiate contracts with internal and external suppliers and monitor their compliance • Manage and continuously improve change, release, and test management • Analyze and integrate the strategic further development of systems as well as new technologies <br /> What makes you unique <br /> • University degree in computer science, telecommunications, or comparable training • Several years of leadership experience as well as strong leadership skills • Sound experience in the ICT environment, especially in system management and telecommunications • Experience with agile methods and in dealing with different stakeholders • Analytical and networked way of thinking as well as the willingness to continuously familiarize yourself with technological and legal developments • Good active knowledge of two official languages as well as very good English skills <br /> In a nutshell The V-FMÜ has been renewed from the ground up in recent years -- largely on the basis of in-house developments. You bear the application responsibility for all applications of the Dienst ÜPF, lead agilely working product teams, and shape the technological future of telecommunications surveillance in Switzerland with your leadership strength and your specialist knowledge. It supports the prevention and investigation of criminal activities, thereby making an important contribution to the internal security of Switzerland while simultaneously protecting the fundamental rights of the population. Additionally, within the framework of emergency searches, it ensures the provision of relevant information to enable persons in danger to be located quickly. Furthermore, the Dienst ÜPF is the central interface between the various law enforcement agencies and the communication service providers.
