September 2026 Job description The Kita Peter Dreifuss association has been active in supplementary childcare for over 50 years. Our daycare center offers 48 daytime places in four age-separated groups for children from 4 months to school entry. To strengthen our team, we are looking for a specialized care professional for children EFZ (FaBe K) with heart and joy in working with children. Your tasks Care and support of children from four months to three years Design and implementation of pedagogical activities and projects to support holistic development Creation of a warm, safe and stimulating atmosphere in which children feel comfortable Observation and documentation of child development as well as close, appreciative cooperation with parents Your profile Completed FaBe K EFZ training Tangible motivation and enthusiasm for working with children Ability to design a loving, supportive learning environment Teamwork and clear, friendly communication Flexibility and openness to new pedagogical approaches Structured, organized way of working We offer 28 vacation days 1-2 team events per year Humorous, understanding interaction within the team Great independence in daily work Spacious rooms with plenty of space to play, explore and learn Large garden for exploration, movement and nature experience Open, honest communication within the team and with parents About us At Kita Peter Dreifuss, the individual care and development of each child is at the center.
