In our institutions - Kinderheim Brugg, Stift Olsberg and Familynetwork - specialists work with pedagogical competence and heart to strengthen and accompany children, adolescents and families. Familynetwork is specialized in the foster child system, ambulatory social pedagogical family accompaniment and mandate management in child protection. Families in demanding life situations receive support from social pedagogical family accompaniers to expand educational competencies, strengthen structures, overcome crises and develop new perspectives. With us, you can expect a meaningful task - close to the lives of people who need your support and accompaniment. by arrangement Workplace: Zofingen Family accompaniment Scope: 50-60% Your tasks ### • You accompany and strengthen families with different problem areas or in crisis situations. • You design visit accompaniments. • You visit the families at their place of residence to support them in their everyday lives. • Your collaboration with the affected parents, children and adolescents as well as the involved authorities is based on orders. • You will keep the documentation independently. Your skills ### • You have a degree in Social Pedagogy or equivalent training. Additional further education or practical experience are advantageous. • You have a positive image of humanity. • You have well-founded, current theoretical and methodical specialist knowledge. • You act reflectively, responsibly and independently. • You have a valid driver's license.
