Group Controller/in 80\-100% (Dillhaus/Bauma) We are a leading producer of masonry, concrete, road surfacing, and gravel active throughout Switzerland, with headquarters in Dillhaus, Bauma. To support our Management Administration and Finance, we are looking for a committed and professionally experienced personality, starting immediately or by arrangement. Your tasks: Cost Accounting and Calculations: Development and maintenance of calculation models for building materials, construction services, and services; Support in determining transfer pricing calculations and documentation; Carrying out profitability analyses as well as target-actual comparisons; Further development of cost accounting systems and methods Risk Management/IKS and Controlling: Development and further development of the Internal Control System (IKS) as well as Risk Management; Support of the management and department heads in investment decisions and profitability analyses; Development / maintenance of key figure systems (KPIs) for steering the group; Advising managers on business administration issues; Participation in group-wide projects Group / Annual Financial Statements and Reporting: Preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements according to Swiss GAAP FER and OR; Ensuring consistent application of accounting standards within the group; Analysis and commentary of the consolidated financial figures for management and the Board of Directors Forecasting: Development of meaningful forecasts; Analysis of deviations and derivation of recommendations for action Taxes: Preparation of tax returns and declarations for the group companies as well as ensuring compliance with corresponding deadlines in cooperation with external tax advisors; Participation in tax-related issues Process and System Optimization: Participation in the further development of the ERP and reporting systems incl. digitalization; Standardization of controlling and finance processes within the group what you bring: Completed studies in business administration, finance, or controlling (ideally with a specialization in accounting and cost accounting), expert in accounting + controlling, auditor or comparable qualification Good knowledge and experience in calculation, cost accounting, in the area of IKS as well as accounting (preferably incl. consolidation / Swiss GAAP FER) Analytical and conceptual thinking skills, structured way of working, and a strong understanding of numbers Enjoyment and openness to new things Independence, initiative, and solution orientation Good communication skills and team spirit Confident handling of ERP systems, MS-Office, especially Excel and Power BI and AI applications We offer: A versatile activity in a stable and successful company Advanced social benefits Independent and varied activity A motivated and collegial team Thorough introduction to the work area Free parking spaces on site Interested?
