Your Mission You will further expand our customer network and initiate conversations for HR2next with companies that need support in the areas of HR, Payroll, and Finance. It is not about simply processing leads. You recognize opportunities, understand our customers' needs, and develop long-term business relationships from them. What you will achieve with us → Active new customer acquisition and building a sustainable sales pipeline → Identification of new business opportunities and potential customers → Building and maintaining relationships with decision-makers and key accounts → Presentation of our services and solutions → Accompanying the process from initial contact to contract conclusion → Close cooperation with me as CEO as well as our specialists → Further development of our sales strategy and our market presence What we are looking for You are communicative, reliable, and enjoy bringing people and companies together. Ideally, you already have a good network in the corporate environment and know the market surrounding HR, Payroll, Finance, Outsourcing, or Professional Services.
