Our customer is a leading company in the manufacture of machines and vehicles for the forestry industry. The custom-made products stand for best quality and durability. To strengthen the team in the assembly department, we are looking for a committed leader, effective immediately or by arrangement. we offer • A versatile and responsible leadership function • Exciting projects with high personal responsibility and scope for design • A motivated and well-coordinated team • Modern work equipment, thorough induction and a contemporary infrastructure your tasks • Assembly of wood chippers on trucks or PTO machines, from mechanics to hydraulics to electrics • Planning of material, resources, workflows and deadlines for you and your team of one to two employees • Coordination and monitoring of the entire project process from assembly to delivery • Carrying out commissioning, functional checks and final inspections of the machines • Contact person for internal departments during project processing Qualifications your competencies • Completed training as a truck, agricultural machinery, construction machinery mechanic EFZ or vehicle locksmith EFZ • Experience in leading employees as well as corresponding further training is an advantage • Organizational talent, technical understanding and a structured, solution-oriented way of working • Very good German skills in speaking and writing as well as good PC skills are an advantage • Reliability, sense of responsibility, assertiveness and teamwork skills apply now Does this sound interesting to you?
