Your versatile area of responsibility includes in particular: Invoicing and collection as well as accounting and fiduciary tasks, the receiving and forwarding of telephone calls, scheduling, the reception and care of our clientele, the preparation of legal documents and correspondence according to specifications (dictation machine). You are a reliable, flexible, resilient person and have (preferably) already gained professional experience in a secretariat of a law firm or in a fiduciary company. Proficient IT skills (Word/Excel/Outlook), stylish German as well as good spelling skills are required.
