Case Manager (80%) - Schweizer Sportgericht / Tribunal du sport suisse / Tribunale dello sport svizzero The Swiss Sport Court is an arbitration institution responsible for adjudicating disputes related to sport or potential violations of certain regulations in Switzerland and Liechtenstein. It also serves as the disciplinary body within the meaning of Art. 72g SpoFöV, which is independent of Swiss Olympic and Swiss Sport Integrity. Since 1 July 2024, the Swiss Sport Court decides on alleged violations of the Doping Statute and the Ethics Statute of Swiss sport from Swiss Olympic.
