Communication & Marketing Manager (20%) Start date: from October 2026 (date to be agreed) Activity rate: 20% to be agreed Workplace: Teleworking (with occasional travel as needed) or to be agreed Contract: Fixed-term contract until the end of December 2027, with possibility of extension or evolution depending on projects Are you passionate about the challenges of Swiss agriculture, sustainable food, and communication that makes sense? We are looking for an autonomous, creative, and strategic person to develop our communication and promote our project. If you love telling stories, creating engaging content, and highlighting meaningful initiatives, this opportunity is for you. You will work in close collaboration with our team while benefiting from great autonomy in the organization of your work. Your missions Develop and implement our communication and marketing strategy. Manage and animate our social networks (planning, writing, publishing, and monitoring). Create varied content: texts, visuals, videos, testimonials, etc. Design and distribute newsletters and press releases. Develop our visibility and strengthen our brand image. Ensure the communication for a major event planned for autumn 2027. Propose new ideas and take initiatives to increase our impact. Your profile You are a person: autonomous, organized and capable of managing projects independently; creative, dynamic and proactive; comfortable with both marketing strategy and content creation; capable of filming, editing and publishing quality videos for social networks; excellent writer (female/male); mastering the main digital communication tools (Canva, video editing software, newsletter platforms, social networks, etc.); perfectly comfortable in French and possessing very good knowledge of German (oral and written); mastery of Swiss German is an asset; capable of managing several projects in parallel with rigor. And above all… You have a genuine interest in Swiss agriculture, milk producers, short supply chains or sustainable food.
