Growth Marketing Specialist (w/m/d) 60-70% We need you for this: You plan and control cross-channel outbound campaigns from A to Z - via LinkedIn, email and events. From target group definition, conversion strategy, messaging and technical setup to follow-up and evaluation. You manage our channels LinkedIn, Instagram, website and newsletter - editorially, conceptually and with a view to performance. You maintain content and actively contribute to strategic further development. You measure relevant marketing key figures, continuously optimize performance and derive concrete measures from them. You work closely with sales and know what it takes for a contact to become a qualified lead. You support employer branding measures and ensure a consistent brand presence across all channels. Show what you can do: You have completed training or a degree in marketing or a comparable qualification. You have several years of professional experience in marketing, ideally in the B2B environment or in an agency. You have conceived, planned and implemented outbound campaigns and know how to build and manage social media channels. You have editorial skills and enjoy creating content for different channels and formats (e.g. LinkedIn, website, newsletter, white paper, video). You are creative, enjoy working with sales and understand how B2B sales work. You work in a structured, independent and organized manner, even with multiple parallel measures. You write confidently in German and can prepare content in a channel-specific manner. You have good English skills (at least B2).
