It notably offers services in the fields of social insurance, occupational pension schemes, legal and economic advice, as well as training. In the context of the development of its activities, the Centre Patronal has integrated Trianon SA, a company specializing in human resources management as well as in the administration of pension funds. To strengthen our team in the field of labor law and social security in Berne, we are looking for a committed person as a legal expert (m/f). Your tasks • Processing of requests in the field of labor law as well as in related legal fields • (notably social insurance law, data protection or immigration law) • Advising our clients on labor law issues (written and oral) • Design and implementation of continuing education and seminars • Writing of specialized legal articles and other specialized content • Active participation in the design and continuous development of our legal services as well as our online platform Your profile • Completed law studies at a Swiss university (MLaw or lic. iur.), bar exam or additional qualifications an asset • Several years of professional experience in labor law, ideally supplemented by knowledge in related legal fields • Experience in advising companies an advantage • Taste for transmitting legal content, ideally experience in conducting continuing education or seminars • Strong orientation towards service and customers • Very good knowledge of German, knowledge of French an asset • Personality oriented towards teamwork, initiative and open • Interest in digital subjects as well as a pronounced writing sense What we offer • An attractive working environment with modern infrastructure • Current and attractive social benefits • Flexible working hours, possibilities of teleworking as well as continuing education offers • A motivating and versatile professional environment For more information, please contact Petra Tscherrig (058 796 99 09 / cpbern@centrepatronal.ch).
