In this role, you will support the realization of electronic prototypes, demonstrators, and small series by utilizing our PCB assembly line, manufacturing cables, and performing electronic and mechanical assembly operations.   Occupation rate: 100% Start date: to be agreed   Your main responsibilities • Operate our assembly line with solder paste dispensing equipment, SMT placer, and SMT reflow oven to manufacture electronic assemblies for prototypes, demonstrators, and small series. • Prepare production work, including component loading, feeder configuration, machine setup, basic program verification, and first-article inspections. • Perform manual assembly, soldering, inspection, rework, and electronic repairs on printed circuit boards and electronic modules. • Manufacture cables, harnesses, and prototype interconnections according to wiring diagrams and plans. • Perform small mechanical assembly, modification, and rework operations on prototypes, demonstrators, housings, and test benches. • Perform visual inspections and simple functional tests according to defined procedures and quality requirements. • Maintain up-to-date production documentation, traceability records, assembly notes, and anomaly reports for manufactured batches. • Manage workshop tools, consumables, components, and equipment in an organized and safe manner. • Support engineers during manufacturing, troubleshooting, validation, and improvement of prototype assembly processes. • Contribute to the continuous improvement of workshop methods, production reliability, and assembly quality.   Your profile • CFC in electronics, technician's diploma in electronics, or equivalent practical qualification • Previous experience in an electronic workshop, production environment, prototype assembly, or small series manufacturing • Manual, pragmatic, and proactive mindset, with the ability to work independently while respecting technical instructions and quality procedures • Experience with SMT assembly, pick-and-place machines (Essemtec Fox), the reflow process, or electronic production equipment, an advantage • Good manual soldering skills, including on small electronic components and rework operations; an IPC certification is a plus • Ability to read and understand electronic schematics, assembly plans, wiring diagrams, and bills of materials • Experience in cable manufacturing, crimping, connector assembly, labeling, and continuity testing • Mechanical assembly skills and ability to use standard workshop tools safely and precisely • Careful, organized, and quality-oriented way of working • Basic computer skills for production files, machine interfaces, documentation, and traceability records • Knowledge of ESD rules and good workshop safety practices • Good communication skills and ability to work in close collaboration with engineers and project teams • Fluent French; English or German is an advantage We offer • The opportunity to contribute directly to a wide variety of projects, ranging from test benches and first prototypes to high-quality demonstrators and small production series • A hands-on and varied electronic workshop environment, serving innovative engineering projects • A dynamic and collaborative team where precision, initiative, and practical know-how are valued • A modern workshop and office environment, flexible working conditions where applicable, and a culture based on team spirit, development, proactivity, and mutual trust We look forward to receiving your complete application file.
