Your daily life will be paced by travel between different sites where you will take care of the crops and facilitate workshops. You will organize these workshops for schoolchildren and residents, thus creating a privileged link with them. Your goal? Reconnect citizens to nature and to local food, make places beautiful by transforming them into edible landscapes and produce delicious local vegetables.   *The project manager's missions* • Project management: you will lead and organize maintenance and animation interventions. • Workshop animation: you will facilitate various workshops, from planting to jar-filling of vegetables, including participatory workshops. • Online coaching: you will maintain the link with participants through online content to share with them to coach them. • Maintenance: you will ensure the regular maintenance of vegetable gardens and urban farms to guarantee their beauty and abundance. • Equipment organization: you will ensure the proper maintenance and storage of equipment to guarantee the smooth running of activities. • Team organization: incidentally, you will supervise and coordinate two market gardener-animators who intervene in certain neighborhood projects. *The project manager's profile* • You have had your hands in the dirt for many years and you master gardening techniques as well as the management of market garden crops. • Your enthusiasm, your ease in establishing contact, and your listening skills make you an outstanding animator. • You have a sense of aesthetics in vegetable gardens and you desire to create beautiful and welcoming places. • You are autonomous and know how to take initiative, you are manual and can drive a utility vehicle; if you are punctual and organized, this position is made for you. • You have good physical abilities.
