Cook or assistant cook with experience

As part of the development of our establishment, we are looking for a CFC cook, autonomous and versatile, wishing to invest themselves sustainably within a small team. Beyond the daily work in the kitchen, we are looking for a person capable of progressively taking on responsibilities in the organization and management of the kitchen. Your main missions: Preparation, mise en place and execution of services Organization and coordination of work in the kitchen Supervision and support of employees and apprentices Management of stocks, orders and goods Elaboration and updating of technical sheets Monitoring of food cost, material costs and waste Participation in the elaboration of cards, menus and suggestions Participation in the preparation of schedules Organization and coordination of caterers and events Application and monitoring of hygiene and food safety standards Your profile: CFC as a cook or equivalent training Professional experience in the kitchen Autonomy, rigor and good organizational sense Ability to supervise and coordinate a small team Interest in the training and monitoring of apprentices Sensitivity to cost management, profitability and limitation of waste Good knowledge of standard IT tools Team spirit, reliability, versatility and sense of responsibility Are particularly appreciated: Experience as a team leader or kitchen manager, as well as a qualification or experience as an apprentice trainer, constitute serious assets. We offer: A position ranging from 40 to 80%, to be agreed An hourly contract initially, if there is mutual satisfaction, a CDI could be proposed.
