Your area of responsibility: Competent advice & support of managers in all personnel and labor law issues Responsibility for the operational processing of all personnel processes Conducting personnel recruitment processes Steering & accompanying demanding personnel as well as case management cases Ensuring compliance with legal requirements and internal guidelines Leading and participating in HR projects and working groups What you bring: Commercial basic training with federal HR specialist certificate or equivalent training/further education several years of professional experience, of which at least 4 years in a comparable function, preferably in public administration The ability to position yourself clearly, even in demanding situations, and at the same time to advise in a partnership-based manner High IT affinity, ideally experience with SAP-HR and a lot of drive!
