Logistics Support Specialist GMP (m/f/d) Visp For a pharmaceutical company in Visp, we are looking for a new team member as Logistics Support Specialist GMP (m/f/d) For this exciting position, we prefer a Logistiker EFZ. Alternatively, Chemie- und Pharmatechnologen EFZ as well as Laboranten EFZ (specialization in chemistry or biology) with a corresponding interest in logistical processes are also considered. Your Profile Completed training as a Logistiker EFZ or comparable training in a chemistry/pharma environment Experience in production, logistics, or a laboratory environment, ideally at Lonza Knowledge of GMP guidelines is an advantage Confident handling of SAP and common MS Office applications Strong teamwork skills as well as high social competence Reliable, conscientious, and honest way of working Enjoyment in critically questioning processes and driving optimizations Your Tasks In this versatile function, you are the link between production, project teams, and plant logistics. You accompany production campaigns from planning to successful completion and ensure a smooth material flow. Development and implementation of logistics concepts for production campaigns Holistic logistical support of production projects in compliance with GMP specifications First point of contact for all logistical concerns of the project teams Interface function between operations, project teams, and central plant logistics Responsibility for the inventory management of raw materials, consumables, and equipment Organization and coordination of incoming goods, transfers, as well as shipping processes Ensuring the correct storage and transport of chilled goods in compliance with the cold chain Active participation in the optimization of logistical workflows and processes Ensuring compliance with safety, hygiene, environmental, and quality standards Support in general activities within the support group What makes the role special This position offers a varied mixture of logistics, project work, and a GMP-regulated environment.
