September 2026 or by arrangement Job description In the Kita Fleur kibe plus offers 26 childcare places in a small children's group (up to approx. 2.5 years old) and a group with children from approx. 2.5 years old up to and including kindergarten. As a supplement to our team, we are looking for a motivated specialist as of 01. September 2026 or by arrangement.  A professional, cheerful, young and dynamic team awaits you. We place great value on child-friendly daily routines with activities, free play and spending a lot of time outside in nature. A loving and empathetic approach to the children is very important to us. In the team, we also place great value on transparency and openness. What you bring completed vocational training as Fachperson Betreuung Kind EFZ or equivalent training at least 2 years of professional experience and vocational trainer course desired initiative and independent way of working flexibility, resilience as well as a high sense of responsibility Your tasks Individual care, support and accompaniment of the children in everyday life Constructive cooperation with the team Co-designing the daily and weekly planning Our benefits The exercise of additional functions such as vocational trainer or deputy operations manager is compensated by additional function allowances well-developed social insurance, accident and daily sickness benefits insurance for 720 days 6 weeks vacation Paid break Enabling longer breaks, e.g. for travel or sabbaticals Possibility of part-time work in all functions extended maternity and paternity leave (16 resp. 3 weeks) Have we aroused your interest?
