All information on SleepIn Missions Welcoming 12 consuming persons per night and offering them a dignified shelter; Distributing consumption equipment to people visiting the structure; Conducting interviews on request and performing necessary medico-social handovers; Providing information, prevention messages regarding risks related to AIDS, hepatitis, and the use of psychotropics; Providing first aid; Performing cardio-respiratory resuscitation and calling emergency services. Profiles sought Diploma in nursing or social work; Motivation to work in a harm reduction context and interest in issues such as drugs, AIDS, prostitution, precariousness, migration, social exclusion; Experience appreciated; Ease of contact, sense of teamwork; Resistance to stress and great capacity for adaptation; Great availability. Observation period to be expected and first aid training offered. Working hours Opening of the service 7j/7 from 20h to 8h. Salary conditions Base salary at CHF 40.- per hour + allowances for evening and night work. The salary is adapted according to past experiences. Replacements are occasional and Première Ligne guarantees neither a number of annual replacements nor an annual hour quota. Start of position Immediately or to be agreed.
