Interface between the Technical Design Office, the Legal Department, the operational Divisions, and the company Management. Development of the network of real estate actors in line with the commercial strategy (Clients, AMO/RMO, representatives) Synthesis of files for presentation to Management during internal closings and during handovers to operational staff. Drafting of offers. Preparation of offer presentations and defense of these before Clients/AMO. Negotiations and finalization of contracts. Transfer to construction teams. Organization of and participation in events aimed at creating client relationships and promoting the Company's image. Ensure the representativeness of the Company externally.
