We recruit and select collaborators, specialists, managers and executives for tertiary jobs.* ************************************** We are looking for, for our client located in Lausanne, a: Assistant Gérance and PPE 80%-100% Missions: • Contacts with co-owners, tenants, concierges and construction managers • Establishment of quote requests, work orders and work invoices • Declaration of claims, monitoring of work and maintenance of buildings • Management and monitoring of budgets and invoices • Processing of inventory reports and move-out invoices • Processing of terminations, establishment and modification of rental leases • Attendance at co-owner meetings Profile: • CFC commercial employee in real estate or equivalent • Minimum 1-2 years of professional experience as a management assistant or PPE or technical real estate • Good knowledge of the MS Office suite • Person with administrative and organizational rigor and ease of contact • Available immediately or by agreement If you match this profile, send us your complete application file quickly.
