• 05 août 2026 • 100% • Durée indéterminée • Vernayaz Head of hydroelectric facilities (M/F) Head of hydroelectric facilities (M/F) Workplace: Vernayaz Your mission : Your responsibilities : • Ensure project management and their implementation in compliance with costs, deadlines and quality • Guarantee the safety of people, property and the environment, as well as compliance with security directives and measures • Manage and develop the personnel of the Groupe d-exploitation hydroélectrique (GEH) • Organize work by ensuring optimal occupation of female and male employees • Operate and maintain the assigned production and distribution facilities, in accordance with budgetary provisions and production and performance objectives • Propose operating and investment budgets Your skills : • CFC d-électricien·ne, d-automaticien·ne, de mécanicien·ne or equivalent trade, with a federal diploma as maintenance manager or HES engineer in the mentioned fields • Minimum 5 years of experience in the field of hydroelectric production or in industry, in a similar function • Proven experience in personnel management • Excellent organizational and communication skills • Ability to master emergency situations and fluctuations in workload • Very good mastery of IT tools We offer attractive working conditions and a pleasant atmosphere, supported by company values.
