Roof Maintenance Manager (M/F)

The company Groupe Volet SA, active in Suisse Romande in the fields of carpentry, sheet metal work and roofing, is looking for its site in St-Légier and Orbe a Roof Maintenance Manager Your mission: • Perform roof maintenance • Establish invoices, estimates and reports with controls • Estimate work for estimates • Manage files, integrate photos with captions • Manage construction sites with work control and hours • Planning and management of a team • Manage material orders with control of merchandise arrivals and inventory management • Manage customer relationships, phone calls and maintenance contract proposals in collaboration with the secretariat • Establish schedules with time management (plan A and B), depending on the weather, construction site location, etc. Your profile: • Holder of a CFC ferblantier-couvreur • Living in the Orbe region and surrounding areas • In-depth knowledge of Velux installation, leak detection and waterproofing • Independent and able to work alone • Several years of experience • Very good knowledge of MS Office tools and use of tablets Your qualities: • Being autonomous, versatile and dynamic • Excellent physical condition with habit of working at heights and good stress resistance • Ease of acquiring new knowledge • Ability to argue, say what is essential and not what is superfluous • Good writing skills in French for report establishment and knowledge of standards • Pleasant and sociable • Sense of relational skills Start date: Immediately If you think you match this position, do not hesitate to send us your complete application file with CV, certificates, diplomas and cover letter to the following address : kevin.aeberhard@volet.ch
