Transport Coordinator for Piece Goods Logistics (m/w/d) 80–100 %

Your tasks: • Planning, coordination and monitoring of piece goods transports as well as full loads • Organization of the optimal deployment planning of vehicles and drivers • Receipt, recording and processing of transport orders • Monitoring of delivery dates and ensuring timely delivery • Contact person for customers, drivers and internal as well as external partners • Processing of transport documents and administrative support in day-to-day business • Support in invoicing preparation and general office work • Participation in the ongoing optimization of transport processes and procedures Your profile: • Professional experience in the field of transport, logistics or dispatching is an advantage • Good organizational skills as well as independent and structured work • Resilient personality with the ability to maintain an overview even in hectic situations • Good geographical knowledge of Switzerland • Enjoyment of daily contact with customers, drivers and various contacts • Good German language skills in word and writing • Safe handling of common MS-Office applications • Experience as a driver cat. C/E is an advantage, but not necessarily required
